What does it mean when my device is yellow in the device discovery tab in the Quasar Programmable Respiratory Motion Software?
Answer:
There is a subnet mismatch, the device and the adapter are two different subnets. Everything needs to be in the same range.
To fix this, select the configure button in the software-ensure you are directly connected to the device via Ethernet cable-you can set it back to automatic if it was static or you can assign it a static IP address.
