The MRID3D software does not support importing compressed DICOM files. It is important to check your scanner settings that "compressed" output options are not selected.
When attempting to import MRI scans in a compressed DICOM files, the MRID3D software will fail to analyze the image, and will generate the error "System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array" in its log file. In this situation, uncompress the file using any common compression/zip utility, then attempt to import again.
