How to add a user to a location/Machine in myQA Daily software ?
- Login As Administrator to myQA Daily
Go to "Users"
- Go to "Locations" and create the locations using "Add LOCATION" button,
4. the locations are created, Go to "Users" Page and You can edit the user's using he 'Edit User" button
5. Click on the edit user option for Administrator and add all the locations available to the Administrator user and save the changes. Then you can edit the other users and assign the required locations to the other users.
6. Once the Locations are created, Go to the Setup Page, if Machines are already created, you will be able to edit the machine to add it to a particular location or if you are creating a new machine, you could select the location of the machine from the dropdown.
7. Kindly ensure that all the machines are assigned to a location, otherwise the users will be able to see the unassigned machines
