Detector library import fails in DOSE-X, what can I do?

It is a known bug in the current firmware version and we are working on the solution for the next firmware version. In the meantime, you can try the workaround below:
Go to System settings-configuration backup. Backup the system settings here. It has all the system settings, including detector library. The back-up file will be saved to the USB stick.
Then plug out the USB stick and plug it into the other DOSE-X. Go to System settings-configuration import. Select the back-up file and import it.
DOSE-X will read and import the file automatically.
