How can I upgrade the firmware of the myQA CCU-X?
Answer:
Installing the latest firmware version is recommended because firmware updates generally improve the overall reliability, measurement accuracy, and IT security of the IBA Dosimetry measurement system.
These instructions apply to firmware version 2025.06.0 or later. If a new firmware version is available for the device, IBA Dosimetry will publish it in the IBA Dosimetry Customer Support portal: http://iba-portal.com
Update the firmware
- Download the latest firmware version (.firmware file) from the IBA Service Portal.
Start the myQA CCU-X web-browser: myQA Blue Phantom3 - Setting up the myQA CCU-X
In the device navigation panel, select System Update.
- In the Select file section, select Select file.
- Browse to the downloaded firmware file and select it.
- Select Start Update.
The update can take up to five minutes. The device restarts automatically after the update.
