How to check the CCU connection?
To check the CCU connection, please follow the steps below:
Connect CCU to the computer, and turn on the power of CCU.
Run myQA Accept software.
Go to Common Settings> Equipment setup> Controller>, here the IP address of the CCU should be visible. This is very important.
(If it's not visible, check the computer firewall. Please turn off the firewall, and go back to here, check whether the IP address is visible.)
Only when the IP address is visible, then we may go to the next step, go to set up the IP address of the computer, etc.
