What to do when MatriXX/Startrack cannot connect to Device Setup?
When MatriXX/Startrack cannot connect to Device Setup, please follow below troubleshooting steps:
Prepare the workstation:
- IP address setting: obtain an IP address automatically in IPv4
- turned off firewall and anti-virus software that may block hardware connection
Connect hardware to pc with direction connection (a short single Ethernet cable)
Power on hardware, and press the AUX button on the hardware for a few seconds
Run Device Setup by right click- run as administrator, and check if it is working now. If the problem continues, please contact iba service for further assistance.
