How can I export patient data from Compass and then delete the prescription in order to free up space?
Open the Compass Application. Attention: Do not open a prescription or import a new plan.
Go to File - Export - Patient.
Select the patient you want to export.
Choose the location (where to save the patient) and click save (the export will take a bit). The file saved will be a .bak file.
When the patient was exported successfully you can delete this patient from the application.
In the menu bar go to Tools - Delete Prescription.
Look for the patient you have just exported. Double-click on the patient. The prescription will move to the right side (Prescriptions to delete).
Click OK and confirm that you want to delete the patient data.
