To resolve the error message “No features were found on your system. This is most likely a deployment issue. Please contact service!”, verify that the Windows license driver service is running:
Step 1
Close myQA, open the Windows Services overview as administrator.
Step 2
Search for the service Sentinel LDK License Manager.
Step 3
If the service is running, restart the service by right-click on the service and click Restart.
If not, also right-click on the service itself and choose Start.
If this service is not available, please re-install myQA with full Windows admin rights.
Step 4
Run myQA again, it should work now.
