SciMoCa doesn't work after changing the Server hostname, what shall I do?
After changing the server hostname, please contact IBA service to get a new license.
When contacting IBA service, please provide the log files (log files can be found at: Where can I find the SciMoCa log files?)and explain why a new license is needed in the email.
When the new license is ready, we will help you update the license and configure the DB connection again. Then you are able to run SciMoCa.
