Why is the Connect button greyed out in myQA Accept?
When the Connect button is greyed out, this indicates that there is an issue with the communication between the PC and the CCU. This condition is shown below.
In order to resolve this, follow the steps below. Prior to proceeding, Ensure the CCU is powered on and the Ethernet cable is securely connected
Within myQA Accept go to the Common Settings, Equipment Setup and Controllers.
In this section, verify that the CCU appears in the list as shown below. If so, click once on the CCU IP address. If the CCU is not listed in this section, ensure the IP address of the PC and CCU are compatible and there are no firewall settings blocking the myQA Accept software.
Lastly, go back to the Control Panel and verify that the Connect button is now available to select.
