myQA doesn't recognize Sphinx Compact in the Equipment Setup page, what can I do?
Please make sure you have already setup the devices correct. You can find more information here: How Do I Set Up the Hardware and Software for the Sphinx Product?
Make sure your firewall and antivirus software are disabled or have allowed myQA and Sphinx Compact connection.
Please go to Windows Services, find IBA Dosimetry FlatPanel.Server and restart it.
Try the connection again.
