myQA PROactive software doesn't work, what can I do for troubleshooting?

The troubleshooting procedures can be different according to the specific situations, but most of the time the below steps help:
Step 1
Clear the Brower's data.
Please clear local storage, and empty the cache.
Then open the browser's developer tools (for Chrome and Edge, click ... - More tools - Developer tool). With the developer tools open, please empty cache and hard refresh.
Step 2
Stop and restart the myQA PROactive Windows service.
Step 3
If the problem still continues, please collect the error message and the log files on C:\Program Files\IBA Dosimetry\myQA PROactive\logs, and contact our IBA Dosimetry service team in your area. How can I contact the IBA Dosimetry Service and Support team?
