Why the myQA PROactive license doesn't work?
When the myQA PROactive license doesn't work, please check the below possible causes:
Possible cause 1: the license file has been copied in a wrong directory.
Please make sure the license file is in:
C:\ProgramData\IBA Dosimetry\myQA PROactive
Possible cause 2: the license file is invalid.
As a measure to prevent illegal software use, the license must be "used' within a given time, usually 30 days. This means the use must copy the license file to C:\ProgramData\IBA Dosimetry\myQA PROactive and open the application.
If not, the license file will be invalid. In this case, please contact IBA Dosimetry team for a new license.
