Why am I not able to drag and drop folders into the import dialog box?
Answer
This can happen when the application is running in Administrator mode. If the user has 1.5.1 or greater installed, there is an alternative way to add folders using ‘+’ button icon.
If you are not currently in Administrator mode, the following steps could resolve the issue
- In the Import dialog box, there is a ‘+’ button. Please press the ‘+’ button.
- This should open up a new Windows Explorer.
- Please use this Windows Explorer and drag folders over.
If those steps do not resolve the problem:
- In Windows Explorer, click and select the folders you want to import.
- While holding down the left click mouse button, press escape
