Why am I experiencing application crashes when trying to process data in MRID3D version 1.5.1?
Answer
The issue is caused by the OpenCV library that the analysis engine uses (https://opencv.org/). IUpgrading the library to version 4 appears should resolve problem. Installing a version newer than 1.5.1 should resolve the issue
Alternatively, replacing the files in the ‘engine’ subfolder with the contents of the folder located in the file pathway described below will also remedy the issue.
