Videos are not visiable in the Help Center, what can I do?

I'm not able to watch videos in IBA Dosimetry Help Center. Videos are invisiable like below, what can I do?

Answer

This could be related to the setting of the cookie. The Help Center needs the "Preferences" cookies to enable the video play function.

You can reset the setting of the cookie using the steps below:

Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More - Settings .
  3. Click Privacy and Security -Third-party cookies.
  4. Click See all site data and permissions.
  5. At the top right, search for help center.
  6. To the right of the site, click Delete.
  7. Go the the helpcenter again, this time the cookies policy will appear again, after selecting "Preferences", or "allow all cookies", the video should appear.

Edge

  1. On your computer, open Edge.
  2. At the top right, click ... - Settings .
  3. Click Reset settings and confirm
  4. Go the the helpcenter again, this time the cookies policy will appear again, after selecting "Preferences", or "allow all cookies", the video should appear.
