There are two common possible causes, please find details below:
Possible cause 1 Insufficient user rights.
Please go to C:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Local\Temp\181707104\4\0.12.2.1, right click on the folder - Properties-Security.
Make sure you have all the permissions on this folder as below. If not, please change the permissions and save the change.
The export function should work again.
Possible cause 2 Visual C++ is missing
Install the “Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013”. You can download these here:
https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/download/details.aspx?id=40784
Then please select the language, then “vcredist_x86.exe” should be the correct package. Run and install after downloading. Then the PDF export should work again.
