• Start Accu‐Gold 2
• In the “Accu‐Gold 2 Start Menu” click on “Continue”:
• Click on the “Accu‐Gold 2” menu in the upper left corner:
• Click on the menu entry “Help”
• Click on the menu entry “About”
• Click on “Export log…”
• Save the “Accu‐Gold_Logs.zip” where you can find it again then email to service-usa@iba-group.com
