Is it possible to change the IP address of myQA SRS?
Answer
myQA SRS uses the TCP communication protocol, meaning its IP address cannot be changed by design.
Since myQA SRS has no IP stack, it cannot be connected to the clinical network. It must be directly connected to the PC using an Ethernet Cat5e cable for proper communication.
