Question:
The 3D Gamma calculation failed, e.g. due to the system ran out of memory. After recalculating with different calculation settings, the result is not shown in the GUI. What can I do to resolve this?
Answer:
Please check whether the Gamma was calculated in the twiga logs. If the twiga logs show that calculation was successfull, please restart the services or restart the server. Please contact the service team in case this doesn't resolve the issue.
