myQA SRS Detector
Detector Sensors and Housing
Detector Sensors
The measurement sensors of myQA SRS detector are monolithic solid-state semiconductor sensors arranged in a 2D array. The detector can be used with 6 MV, 6 MV FFF, 10 MV and 10 MV FFF beams.
Sensor Layout and X-Ray Marker
The sensor layout is a grid of 300 × 350 pixels with a spacing of 400 µm in an area of 120 mm × 140 mm (active area). Opaque X-Ray markers embedded around the sensor area are visible on CT scans. They are used for the alignment of dose-planes with respect to the measurement plane within the detector.
Printed Markers
Printed markers on myQA SRS detector; 1: Center of the sensor area, 2: Inline, 3: Crossline, 4: Alignment markers for the sensor center and plane.
Three principal planes are printed on the top surface and three sides of the device.
- Top surface of the detector:
- Central axes
- Field outlines: 50 mm × 50 mm and 100 mm × 100 mm
- Active area: 120 mm × 140 mm
- Detector sides
5: top surface of the detector plane

Data communication
The myQA SRS detector provides a 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet Interface for data transfer according to IEEE-802.3.
Build-up Plates
Build-up plates are available for performing machine QA in the LINAC with the myQA SRS device.
The corresponding equivalent depth in water of the sensor area can be adjusted via the build-up plates, which are provided in different thicknesses (10 mm, 5 mm, 2 mm, and 1 mm). Each plate is labeled with the material and thickness.
See Section 7.2 for technical specifications.
To ensure the myQA SRS detector is stable during measurements with the build-up plates, a 35 mm backscatter plate (1) is available to be placed under the detector area. See Section 4.4 for information on setting up the backscatter and build-up plates.
