The issue occurs when attempting to export Accu-Gold measurements to Excel. The following error is displayed:
This is a COM registration issue with Office.
To resolve, go to 'Settings' followed by "Apps" then select 'Installed apps' and then search for 'Microsoft 365'. Open the three dots to the right and select modify and repair.
Following Office repair, it is advised that the Accu-Gold program be uninstalled and re-installed.
