The myQA SRS system has been adapted to enable its use with Cyberknife.
myQA SRS Cyberknife Detector
The myQA SRS Cyberknife detector allows the user to mount a fiducial plate or RW3 filler plate on top of the sensor area of the detector.
The housing of the Cyberknife variant includes the following modifications:
- Two holes (1) on the upper side of the detector area for fixation of a plate.
- An M3 stud screw (2) on the underside to serve as an additional fiducial.
myQA SRS Cyberknife Phantom
The myQA SRS Cyberknife Phantom features a larger insert opening to accommodate the fiducial plate / filler plate that is mounted on the detector.
Please note, any variation in the measurement procedure for the myQA SRS Cyberknife will be detailed in the relevant sections of this document, or the myQA Patients Instructions for Use.
Plates
The myQA SRS Cyberknife comes with three different plates.
Fiducial plate
The topside (1) of the fiducial plate has 8 stainless steel pins (2 mm in diameter) and alignment markers. The bottom (2) of the plate contains two alignment pins to affix it to the myQA SRS Cyberknife detector.
Filler plate
Like the fiducial plate, the filler plate has four alignment markers on the top side and two alignment

Left: Cyberknife dummy plate; Right: Dummy plate and insert in myQA SRS Cyberknife Phantompins on the underside. The only difference is that there are no fiducials in the filler plate.
Dummy plate
To use phantom inserts with the myQA SRS Cyberknife Phantom, a dummy plate is available. The plate can be placed on top of the inserts to fill the additional space of the Cyberknife variant.
Please note, this plate has no fixation pins. To ensure proper placement, the plate has a "This plate on top" label (3). When using this plate with the inserts, please ensure that the dummy plate is on top of the insert.
