- Connect the myQA SRS detector via ethernet cable to your computer and turn on the device.
- In the myQA SW DVD, right-click myQA SRS Service Setup.exe Run as administrator and follow the installation instructions.
- Once finished, if EBUS Runtime 64-bit and Bonjour are running, the installation was successful. If the ethernet connection is not stable check that eBUS Universal Pro For Ethernet Driver is active. See Chapter 6.
After Installation
- After the installation, the myQA SRS Service is running automatically, and the myQA SRS Service folder is added.
- Log files are available in C:\ProgramData\IBA Dosimetry\SBRTAdapter\logs.
- Please note that the calibration file of the myQA SRS must be placed in the
C:\ProgramData\IBA Dosimetry\SBRTAdapter\Store.
Note: If the Windows protected your PC dialog opens, click More info > Run anyway.
Example: the location of the myQA SRS Service if the service setup is installed in the C drive.
About myQA SRS Service upgrade installation
When upgrading myQA SRS Service from a former installation, you may be asked to repair the installation. Click Next to continue.
myQA SRS Adapter Settings
By default, the myQA SRS configurations are installed locally. The myQA SRS device will used configurations in this PC. However, if the myQA SRS configurations are installed in a central computer, the settings of the myQA SRS Adapter in the configuration files need to be modified:
Define the location of device data
- Open the file, appsettings.json with a text editor. By default the file path is:
C:\ProgramData\IBA Dosimetry\\SBRTAdapter\ - Modify the location of device data to the actual one. Example:

Defined the port for the myQA SRS device (default: 53535) in the file:
DeviceData-{device serial number}.cfg1
- The file is located at: {location of the device data}. By default the file path is:

Computer Network Interface Card (NIC) Settings
Prerequisite: Please ensure that the NIC card used can support Jumbo Frames.
- Start Device Manager by typing “device manager” in the Windows Start menu.
- Expand the Network adapters list, right click the entry that you want to configure, and then click Properties.
- Click the Advanced tab in the Adapter Properties dialog box.
- Select Receive Buffers and increase Value to highest value.
- Select Jumbo Packet set Value to the maximum value.
- Select Interrupt Moderation Rate and set Value to “High”.
Factory Uniformity Correction
myQA SRS has been corrected for uniformity in factory before delivery. The correction file is delivered on a USB stick together with the device. The corresponding filename is, DeviceData-[XXX].jdd1, where “XXX” denotes the identifier of the individual device (e.g., DeviceData-00-11-1c-04-55-1a.jdd1). Please copy this file to the myQA installation directory, by default installation it is:
C:\ProgramData\IBA Dosimetry\SBRTAdapter\Store
In case this error message appears, please contact service because the delivered *.jdd1 does not correspond to the used device:
In the following case, the calibration file cannot be found, please check that the file is copied to the proper location.
