If the GS+ remains activated during the CyberKnife measurement, the following error message may appear.
Selected look up table does not fit the connected detector type. To start the measurement, select a suitable look up table or turn off automatic gantry angle correction
While all other settings, such as the .jdd1 calibration file, license, SRS service activation, and other software configurations, are correct. The myQA SRS device is connecting well. In that case, it is necessary to verify whether the computer's operating system is set to the English language. The operating system language should be English.
