The Patient QA tasks are performed in the Patient QA Report page. It can be opened:
- On the Patients page (Section 4.1) - by clicking anywhere on the row of a plan in the Patients list page
(and closed by clicking the Patients button in the navigation). - On the Tasks page (Section 4.2) - by clicking anywhere on the row of a plan in the Tasks lists (and closed
by clicking the Tasks button in the navigation).
The Patient QA Report page can be separated into two main parts: the Report Header (Section 5.1) and the Individual Reports part (Section 5.2). Each of the individual reports contains visualizations describing the results of the patient QA.

Patient Information
The Patient’s name is the title of the report.
Click on the button to see the plan label, physician, patient’s birth date, treatment room, patient ID, and patient’s sex (1).
To the right of the button are the functional buttons (2).

Once performed, each task can be canceled by using the same button (except Export to PDF). Please note, it is not allowed to Reject or Approve the plan while measurement tasks are opened. When a task is not allowed by the SW, the button is greyed out and a tool tip indicates the reason to the user.
PDF Report
The PDF Report can be customized by selecting or deselecting the following:
- Include Secondary MU check
- Include Delta4 measurements
- Include MatriXX measurements
Note: The default report data cannot be deselected and will always appear in the PDF Report.
- Click SAVE to confirm the selection.
Exporting a Patient QA Report
- Once a plan has been approved it can be exported as a PDF by clicking the Export button.
The default filename is “YYYY-MM-DD-Patient first name-Patient last name”. The user must have existing permission to export patient data, see Section 3.1.3).
The PDF of the Patient QA Report will include a header that displays the same information at the top of each page. This information includes:
- Patient and plan information
- Clinical mode
- Approval status
The body of the report will consist of the QA activities performed for the patient.
