- On the Patient Plan Analysis page, a MatriXX measurement can be requested by clicking the Request MatriXX button (1).
- A task is then created on the task screen and the MatriXX Analysis tab is activated.
Click on the Import Measurement button (2) to manually upload the MatriXX measurement file.
One *.opg file per treatment beam is expected. Please note, the uploaded file must be acquired with myQA Patients (measurements acquired using myQA Fast Track are not supported at the moment).
The uploaded measurement can be accessed by clicking the Select Report button (3).
If the file is missing, the user will be prompted to upload the verification plan and/or verification beam dose via the Import DICOM button on the Patients page (see Section 4.1).
The measurement must be paired with its corresponding TPS dose by clicking the Pair button (4) or by double-clicking the name of the *.opg file (5).
The slice selection pop-up will open.
- In the pop-up the TPS dose is shown on the left, and the measurement on the right. Here the user can change the View (Axial, Coronal, Sagittal) and Water phantom.
- Click Save.
The MatriXX report appears on the screen. The top-right buttons can be used to change the profile or display the Gamma Histogram it its place.
Alignment
- Right-click on either the reference dose or the compared dose and the Align button appears.
Click Align to open the Alignment window. Here the user can perform 90° rotations, move graphs, and set the opacity of the graphs.
