The History page displays User and System events performed in myQA iON.
- Click on the User Events button (1) to view all events performed by a user.
- To show all events performed on a particular patient, enter the patient ID in the Patient ID... field and click the Filter button (2).
- Click on the arrows to scroll through the list of events (3).
The User Events page records actions performed by any user in myQA iON:
- Plan approved
- Plan rejected
- Dry-run logs requested
- Dry-run logs canceled
- Dry-run logs loaded
- MatriXX measurements requested
- MatriXX measurements canceled
- MatriXX measurements loaded
- Delta4 measurements requested
- Delta4 measurements canceled
- Delta4 measurements loaded
- Patient data deleted
- Patient deleted
- Plan un-approved
- Plan un-rejected
With each action (Events column) the following information is listed:
- Date and time of task
- Patient first and last name
- Patient ID
- Plan label
- Referring Physician
- Treatment Room
- First and last name of user who performed the task
Rejected DICOM
If a DICOM is rejected, it will be assigned a "Rejected dicom..." status. The SOPInstanceUID of the DICOM is indicated next to it.
Please note, as this is an automatic rejection, there is no performer, plan label, physician, or treatment room indicated.
