In some cases, users may observe that graphs are not fully displayed or correctly formatted when printing from myQA Accept Version 9.2.49
Step 1: Open the Measurement File and Access Print
Open the measurement file you wish to print.
Navigate to File → Print.
This will open the Print Preview window.
Step 2: Select the Appropriate Print Template
In the Print Preview window, select the template that matches your specific measurement type.
⚠️ Important:
The correct print template must be selected according to your scan type.
If an incorrect template is selected → Only measurement data may appear, and the analysis section (including graphs) may not be shown correctly.
Carefully verify the selected template before proceeding with printing.
Step 3: Verify Screen Resolution Settings (Critical for Graph Scaling)
If the printed graph appears cropped, incomplete, or improperly scaled, please follow the steps below to ensure accurate and complete print output.
Please note that myQA Accept Version 9.2.49 does not support creating or editing print templates.
If the graph is still not fully visible in the print preview or printed output, the most common cause is displaying resolution and DPI scaling settings on the system.
Supported Screen Resolutions and Recommended DPI Settings:
1920 × 1080 (Full HD) → 100% or 125% scaling
2560 × 1600 → 200% scaling
After adjusting the screen resolution or scaling settings:
Close myQA Accept completely
Restart the application to apply the changes
once followed the suggested steps issue with Printing Graphs can be resolved.
