On the Explorer page, the user can import and store measurement data:
- Adjust pre-filter, column filters, and columns sorting so that the desired data are visualized. If Snecessary, the set of column fields shown in the table can be customized (1).
- Add any measurement to the measurement workspace by clicking the Add to measurement workspace (2) button. The workspace opens automatically.
- Select all measurements or clear the current selection (Clear selection) in the list (3)
- Sort and Filter the columns (4). See Section 9.3.
- Open the Measurement menu
to (5):
• Set any measurement with full beam- and device setup description as Reference.
• Remove the Reference status of any Reference measurement.
• Export the data as an OPG, CSV, or frames - Visualize the meta data of any measurement (6) and:
- Edit the beam setup meta data, device setup meta data, measurement name, acquisition notes (7).
- Change output calibration, if, for the measurement device, machine and energy, the calibration currently active was not use before (e.g., because no calibration was available, or an older calibration was available) the user can decide to calibrate the measurement with the new calibration.
Columns
Columns can be displayed or hidden from the Explorer main view.
- Click on the Columns button
.
The AVAILABLE COLUMNS dialog opens. Here the user can select or deselect columns to display.
- Click Select all to select all columns for display.
- Click Restore default to display only the default columns.
- Name
- Acquisition date
- Machine
- Energy
- Fieldsize (Inline and Crossline)
- SDD
- Device type
- Gantry angle
- Wedge type
- Angle
- and Reference
Importing data
The user can import datasets from outside the SW.
- WP datasets: Since a water phantom file typically contains several scans in any direction (inline, crossline, diagonals, depth), a wizard helps the user in the import process. The wizard is described in more detail below. Selection of multiple files will be implemented in future versions.
- IC Profiler datasets: Selection of multiple files will be implemented in future versions.
- myQA StarTrack3 datasets.
The following Water tank file versions and Beam configurations are currently supported by myQA StarTrack3 and can be imported into the Web App.
Manufacture | Measurement device | File Content | File type |
IBA Dosimetry | myQA StarTrack3 | One corrected measurement | OPG |
IBA Dosimetry | Water phantoms | One or more scans | ASC^a |
PTW | Water phantoms | One or more scans | MCC |
Sun Nuclear | Water phantoms | One or more scans | SNCTXT |
Sun Nuclear | IC Profiler | One measurement | TXT |
^a For ASC files from myQA Accept, FFF beams are not labelled as FFF beams. This can be edited in the myQA StartTrack³ Web App.
Manufacture | Version | File Content | myQA StarTrack3 |
PTW | 1.6 | open field, inline/crossline | y |
wedge | partially^a | ||
open field, diagonals | y
1.9 | open field, inline/crossline | y
wedge | n | ||
open field, diagonals | n
Sun Nuclear | 2.0 | open field, inline/crossline | y |
wedge | n | ||
open field, diagonals | n
3.0 | open field, inline/crossline | y
4.0 | open field, inline/crossline | n
6.0 | open field, inline/crossline | n |
^a Files with wedges can be imported, but wedge data must be adjusted manually in the application.
Click the Import button (1).
Select the measurement from the file explorer window.
- Click Open to begin the file import.
A pop-up will notify the user that the file was successfully imported, and the new import will appear in
the Explorer list.
Water Phantom Import Wizard
When importing Water Phantom measurements, the Water Phantom Import Wizard allows the user to view, edit, and select files to be batch imported.
- View scans in supported directions (inline, crossline, diagonals) contained in the file, including beam
setup, SDD, SSD, and Depth of measurement. - Different scans, like vertical scans and point measurements, are discarded, but the user is informed
that a certain number of depth profiles have been excluded. - Click the Import button to select and open the file with the scans.
- The Water Phantom Import Wizard opens with a list of all imported scans.
Select a single scan (2) to view a 1D plot and edit the scan parameters (3).
Please note, scan direction is required. SDD, SSD and Depth are not independent, thus SDD cannot be
edited, and it is calculated based on SSD and Depth values. If multiple scans are selected, there is no 1D plot displayed, but scan parameters can still be viewed and
edited.Only values common to all scans can be edited, including those which are undefined in all scans.
- If any scan parameters have been changed, click the Update data button
to save the changes.
Click Select all to select all files in the imported scan. Click Clear selection to deselect all the files in the imported scan.
Select Group compatible scans with the same beam and setup, but in different directions. They will appear as a single dataset in the Explorer and in the list. This allows for simple comparisons between WP and myQA StarTrack3 data.
- Click the Import button to import all the selected scans at once (batch import). A single import will appear in the Explorer.
Filter Data
- Click on the Filter icon for a column to filter the displayed files based on:
- Reference status
- Name
- Acquisition date
- Machine used
- Energy
- Fieldsize (Crossline and Inline)
- SDD
- Device type
- Gantry angle
- Wedge type
- Angle
- Click the filter button to apply the selected filter.
- Click on the filter icon > Clear to clear the currently applied filter.
