Configure the URL for myQA Daily
By default, myQA Daily application can be accessed on the server at http://localhost:58321.
Please refer to your network administrator:
- To make the myQA Daily web application available in the local network and obtain an URL to access the myQA Daily application.
- To configure HTTPS for increased website security.
First Time Login and Setting up the SW
First Time Login
With a supported web-browser, open myQA Daily via URL or IP address of the application provided by your IT administrator. A login is mandatory for using myQA Daily.
For the first time login, use the following:
Username: admin
Password: Pa$$word1
IMPORTANT NOTICE: CHANGE THE DEAFULT PASSWORD AFTER FIRST LOGIN
The default password can only be used once and needs to be changed by the user after the first login. See information on password requirements in Section 6.6.3.2.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: REFRESHING THE PAGE
Occasionally the user can be logged in only after refreshing the page. If you cannot log in after entering correct credentials, please press the F5 key on the keyboard to refresh your browser.
Defining Measurement Settings
As a user with administrator rights, starting myQA Daily without any machines defined, a start-up page will opens with the Setup – Device page for defining measurement settings. The SW will guide to the user through the procedure.
Procedure for setting up daily QA measurements:
Add device (Section 7.1.1.1)
After logging in, when opening my Daily the first time, the Setup – Machines – Welcome page is displayed so the administrator can start with adding a device by selecting the Device tab and then the ADD DEVICE button.
Add machine (Section 7.1.3.1), task (Section 7.1.5.1) and beam (Section 7.1.4.4)
After at least one device has been registered, an administrator or physicist will see the Setup – Machines page, where machines, machine locations, tasks, and beams can be defined in the tab pages, Overview (machines and beams), All beams (beams), and All tasks (tasks), respectively.
Acquire reference measurements (Section 7.1.4.2)
Once the beams have been setup, reference measurements can be measured in the Reference
measurement block in the All beams page.(Optional) Create a bookmark for a specific page (Section 6.6.5)
As soon as daily tasks have been setup and reference measurements are available, the start-up page
will always be the Test Run page for all machines on the current day.With a bookmark that is created for a specific page (setup, test run, etc.), the user can access, e.g., a
specific machine after logging in immediately.
General Description of User Interface
Main Page Navigation
When the window is fully expanded, the top bar is the navigation of the application. It displays the SW version (left), three tabs of the main pages (middle) for executing QA checks, three administrative command icons (right), and the logout icon (far right).
The main page display can be changed by selecting the page tab in the navigation bar. When the window is reduced to certain size, the three main page tabs collapse into a small icon located at far-left of the bar. Click it to access the page tab again.

Administration - User Profile Page
The User Profile page is opened by clicking the Profile icon . It has two tabs:
- General settings - Displays the current user’s account information that can be modified in this tab page
by the user. - Change password – here user can change their password. See password requirements in Section
6.6.3.2.
Once a change is made, the SAVE button is enabled. Click SAVE to confirm the change.
SW displayed language
By default, the English language is selected in the SW. However, the myQA Daily provides 11 languages. On the User Profile - General settings page, the user can select a preferred language to be displayed in the application in the Language box.
Supported languages are: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese Brazilian Portuguese, and Russian.
Theme
There are options to select from different color themes for displaying myQA Daily.

Administration - Settings Page
About the administrator account
The myQA Daily application can only be accessed by the users with login credentials. When myQA Daily is installed, an administrator account is automatically created. Additional administrative accounts can be created. With an administrator account, new users with different roles can be created (Section 6.6.3.2).
Settings - General
The Settings menu (1) is opened by clicking the Settings icon in the navigation bar. By selecting a menu item, the corresponding page opens.
Related to user and site management; only the administrator account is displayed.
- Users, Locations, and General in the Settings menu require administrative privileges. These menu options will only be visible to users with the role Administrator.

User Management
Users are listed on the Users page. Use the Filter box to easily search for users with specific keywords.
Create a new user account
- Click the ADD USER button on the upper-right area of the Settings page. The Create user page opens.
Enter / select the required information in the Username, Display Name, Role (user rights), Email box,
and select which Locations are visible to the user.Create new user page Click the CREATE USER button. A temporary password is automatically generated. Copy or write down the password and click OK.

About password
The temporary password must be changed after the first-time login. myQA Daily requires complex passwords containing at least:
- 8 characters
- one capital letter
- one lower case letter
- one number
- one special characters (~ ` ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ + = { } [ ] | \ ; : " < > , . / ?)
By default, a password is valid for 30 days. Under Settings – General, an administrator can specify the password expiry period by entering a number of days in the Password expiration interval box and then clicking SAVE.
User rights
There are three roles in myQA Daily. The table below shows the granted user rights for each role.

Edit or Delete Account and Change Password
Each user has three action command icons in the Action column of the Users list.

Locations
Locations are listed on the Locations page. Use the Filter box to easily search for locations with specific keywords.

- Click the ADD LOCATION button on the upper-right area of the Settings page. The Create location page opens.
Enter the location Name and Description (optional). Each location must have a unique name.
Create new location - Click the CREATE LOCATION button to create a new location, or click BACK to exit the dialog.

- Update the General SW settings.
- Click SAVE to confirm the changes.
Symmetry algorithm
Select the Symmetry algorithm from the dropdown menu.
See the section on Beam Symmetry for additional information.
By changing the symmetry algorithm, the reference measurements may no longer be valid. Remeasuring the baseline is recommended (see Section 7.1.4.2).
The Change symmetry algorithm dialog opens. Click OK to confirm the change.
FFF - Field size algorithm
Select the FFF - Field size algorithm from the dropdown menu.
- Inflection point: used to normalize an FFF beam to the same dose level of an FF beam. In this case, the computed inflection point would represent the 50% dose level at the flattened beam profile. The values are obtained after scaling or normalizing the values to the 50% dose level using the average within the left and right inflection points.
Full Width Half Maximum: Measured at 50% of the maximum value.
By changing the FFF field size algorithm, the reference measurements may no longer be valid. Remeasuring the baseline is recommended (see Section 7.1.4.2).
The Change symmetry algorithm dialog opens. Click OK to confirm the change.
Center analysis option
Select the Center analysis option from the dropdown menu.
By changing the center analysis option, there is an impact on the trend visualization (Section 7.3.2).
- If Fixed at 0 is selected, the Center Inline and Crossline values will always be set to 0.0
- If Taken from reference measurement is selected, the Center Inline and Crossline values from the Reference Measurement (Section 7.1.4.3) will be used.
About
The About page displays general information about myQA Daily, including version number and SOUP license
information.

Access Instructions for Use from the myQA Daily Application
The myQA Daily Instructions for Use can be directly accessed in the myQA Daily application by clicking the Help icon in the upper right corner of the page.
Creating a Page Bookmark
For convenience, a bookmark can be created for a specific page (setup, test run, etc.). When the application is opened by clicking the bookmark, after logging in, the user will be redirected to this page. In this way, for example, with a bookmark for the Test Run page of a specific machine, this machine’s tasks can be accessed right away.
- Open the page to be bookmarked, click the Customize and control icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Bookmarks in the context menu.
Select Bookmark this page and Show bookmarks bar in the sub-menu. The bookmark will appear on
