myQA Daily - All Tasks Setup

On the All Tasks page, all defined tasks of the selected machine are displayed with details. For a task, a device must be selected. For the selected device, reference measurements must exist before the task can
 be executed in the Test Run page.

Setup – Machines – All tasks page

 

+Add task button

Opens Add task dialog (Section 7.1.5.1) to add a new task.

To set up a task completely, it includes the planned days in a week, beams to be tested and requires valid reference measurements for each selected beam. A task will appear in the Test Run page only if the minimum settings are fulfilled.

 

Task navigation panel

Displays the name of the selected machine and lists all tasks of the selected machine. The task is in green color if its details are displayed on the top in the main display.

 

All tasks main display

For each task, the following are displayed:

  • The planned days that the task is executed in a week are highlighted in green (1)
  • On the Test Run page, a task will appear on the days when it is defined to be executed (2). However, any task can be executed on any day by choosing the day in the Execute date filter in the Test Run page. myQA Daily does not consider not executed tasks as overdue, but only records the executed task on the current day.
  • The device used for measurements and its online / offline status (3)
  • Assigned beams (4) – each beam links to its details view on the Setup - Machines - All beams page. Orange warning sign: reference measurement is not available.

  • Checklist for visual or security checks in a QA task (4) – only appears if it was defined when adding the
    task.

    The checklist has no influence on the overall task status and is not included in the trending. However, it is displayed in the task summary and print view.

The user can do the following in the Setup - Machines - All tasks page:

  • Create a task in the Add task dialog (Section 7.1.5.1) by clicking the + Add task button.
  • Edit a task in the Edit task dialog (Section 7.1.5.2) by clicking its Edit task button.
  • Delete a task in the Delete task dialog (Section 7.1.5.3) by clicking its Delete task button
  • By clicking a beam in the assigned beam list, the All beams main display will be opened and the details
    of this beam will be displayed

 

Adding a Task

  • Open the Add task dialog by clicking the + Add task button on the Setup - Machines - Overview or Setup - Machines - All tasks page.

    Add task Dialog. Information for boxes with “*” is mandatory.

  • In the Name* box: enter the task name.
  • In the Device* box: select one of the online device in the dropdown menu.
  • In the Days perform box: select the dates in a week when the task are performed.
  • Optionally, In the Description box: enter any comment for the task.

  • In the Checklist box: enter all items to be checked; one check item per line.

    Mandatory checklist box:

    Not selected: The status of the checklist is not considered for the result. Checking or unchecking individual items in the checklist during test run do not change the overall test status 

    Selected: All checklist items need to be checked - overall result is passed if all tests including all checklist items are passed; failed if any item is failed.

  • Under Beams, there is a list of all beams added. Assign the beams to the task by select boxes of the beams. Optionally, the order of the beams can be altered to match the beam sequence in the LINAC by using drag & drop.
  • Click SAVE to confirm adding the task or click CANCEL to cancel the action

 

Editing a Task

  • Open the Edit task dialog by clicking the Edit task icon of the task to be edited on
    • the task block under Tasks in the main display on the Setup - Machines - Overview page,
    • or, task block in the main display on the Setup - Machines - All tasks page.
  • Edit the values or text in any text boxes if necessary (see description of the boxes in the previous
    section).
  • Click SAVE to confirm task editing or CANCEL to cancel the action
    Information for boxes with “*” is mandatory.

 

Deleting a Task

  • Clicking the Delete task icon of the task to be deleted on
    • the task block under Tasks in the main display on the Setup - Machines - Overview page,
    • or, task block in the main display on the Setup - Machines - All tasks page.
  • Click the OK button to confirm the delete action or CANCEL to cancel the delete action
