Queue Management
Queue Management centralizes QA workflows, offering real-time visibility, prioritization, and controlled
user actions to streamline and optimize iON processing.
Security Audit Logging
(Ref. RISK-140078-MM) A new centralized audit logging system was implemented for all
security-relevant events. It provides visibility into all security-relevant audit events generated by myQA
iON, enabling IT teams to investigate potential cyberattacks or suspicious activities.
Other Improvements
Navigation and Interaction Responsiveness
(Ref. NFR-139194, 139196, 139198, DF-29380, 29621) The navigation performance in myQA iON has
been significantly improved. Users can now move between pages and tabs with much shorter
transition times.
System responsiveness is no longer impacted by:
- the number of tasks in the Task List,
- the number of treatment plans stored in the database.
Stronger password Policy
(Ref. RMM-136007) A stricter password policy has been implemented to strengthen user account
security. Enhancements include:
- minimum password length increased to 8 characters,
- a password strength indicator to guide users,
- an automatic 15-minute account lock after 5 failed login attempts.
All existing users upgrading from a previous version of myQA iON will be required to reset their
password once after installation.
