How can I resolve the error message: “There is no Safenet LDK License Manager available” in the IBA License Manager?
To resolve the error message “There is no Safenet LDK License Manager available”, verify that the Windows license driver service is running:
Close myQA, open the Windows Services overview as administrator.
Search for the service Sentinel LDK License Manager and check if it is running:
If it is available, please proceed with step 5. If it is not available at all, please proceed with step 4.
It seems as if the software was not installed completely. This requires a re-installation with full Windows admin rights? This should also install the Sentinel LDK License Manager service correctly. After re-installing, please proceed with step 5.
If the service is running you are fine. If not, start the service by right clicking on the service itself and choose Start, Restart or Resume depending on the status/availability.
Re-open the IBA License Manager. Everything should work now.
