How do I re-activate my IQ Analyser Primus serial number?
In order to re-activate your IQ Analyser Primus license number you need to follow these steps
Contact the EMEA Customer Support team via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and ask for your license number to be released for a new activation. Please make sure to write your serial number to your request.
After receiving the confirmation by the Customer Support team go to the website https://iba.aquilab.com/login/ and log in to your account.
Switch to My licenses window and choose the Activation tab
Open your IQ Analyser Primus software and log in with User Admin and password admin
Open the "About window" by clicking on the About button
Mark your station ID and copy it (right mouseclick --> copy)
Switch back to your web browser and the My licenses window.
Paste your Station ID to the Station ID field
Click the Get my activation code button
Switch to the Licenses activated tab.
You will find your activation code in the corresponding field (below Serial number & Station ID field)
Mark your activation code and copy it (right mouseclick --> copy)
Switch to your IQ Analyser Primus software.
Paste the activation code to the Activation code field and press the Activate button
