What are the minimum hardware requirements or system specifications for myQA iON?
Answer
myQA iON is a server-based software. There are different IT Hardware requirements for the corresponding server and the clients.
Minimum server requirements for myQA iON:
myQA iON is only compatible with Windows Server 2016 and 2019 (from version 2.2 on, also Windows Server 2022).
- x64 – based Intel processors 24-core / 2.0 GHz or faster
- 64 GB RAM
- Two 6 TB SSD hard drives, RAID 1 configuration is recommended
Note:
- myQA iON is compatible with virtual environments. If using a virtual machine (VM), please ensure that the recommended server requirements are met. If these requirements are not met, the performance of myQA iON might be affected. Due to the size of the DICOM files used by myQA iON, it is important to meet disk storage requirements.
- myQA iON is optimized for Intel-based servers.
Minimum client requirements for myQA iON:
myQA iON is only compatible with Google Chrome (version 68 or later) and Mozilla Firefox (version 64 or later) web browsers. The minimal and recommended requirements for the client machine are:
- Minimal: 4 GB RAM
- Recommended: 8 GB RAM
