The TPS import into myQA Patients always needs to be shifted, how can I account for this?

Import the RTDose file into myQA Patients. Select the "Move/Rotate" button in the window with the TPS import and apply the necessary shift. Make note of the X and Y coordinates required for the shift.

In this case, the import was shifted -50 mm in the X and 0 mm in the Y. When importing the next RTDose file, highlight the RTDose to be imported and input the shift done previously.

The import will now be aligned with the MatriXX measurement. The shift applied will stay for future imports, so as long as nothing changes with the TPS, the import will be aligned with the measurement.
