Question
myQA Cockpit shows 'Cockpit is not licensed', what shall I do?
Answer
The most possible cause is that myQA Cockpit is indeed unlicensed, please check the license status in myQA - Main - About window, or in IBA License Manager.
If the license is activated, please follow below steps for troubleshooting:
Step 1
Make sure the license is activated on the server (where your myQA database is installed).
Unlike other myQA modules (eg. myQA Patients, myQA Machines), myQA Cockpit needs to be activated on the server.
If you have separate pc for server and myQA clients, please generate the ic2v file from the server machine and we will give you a new iv2c file.
If you cannot found IBA License Manager on the server, it is possible that myQA is not installed there. In that case, please copy myQA installer to the server, run myQAfull.exe, and select the server for installation.
Step 2
If Step 1 doesn't help, go to windows service as administrator and search for the service Sentinel LDK License Manager and check if it is running:
If it's running, please restart it, if it doesn't run, please start it.
And then start myQA Cockpit again.
