Question
How to calculate isodoses?
Answer
Important Consideration:
- Isodoses can be calculated based on an array. This can be calculated from a 2D measurement (like Inline/Crossline, Inline/Beam. To achieve good accuracy, a high number of curves in the 2D measurement are recommended.
Step 1
First of all, calculating isodoses is possible only if you measured 2D data nets like Inline / Crossline, Inline / Beam and Crossline / Beam, see below
Step 2
Click on Data Handling to open the respective Calculate Array.. option first as shown in picture.
Alternatively you can press the Calculate Array button, , on the icon bar.
- Select a desired step size as shown below.
Step 3
Now calculate Isodose option will be available.
- Click on Data Handling to open the respective Calculate Isodose option as shown in picture.
Alternatively you can press the Calculate Isodose button, , on the icon bar.
Step 4
The attached pop-up menu lets you choose either between applying a Template already defined under
Common Settings - Analysis Parameters - Isodoses or defining a new Template.
After defining a new template or after choosing an existing one, select whether only the Selected data shall be handled or All data in the project.
Step 4
Confirming with the OK button calculates the Isodoses. The result of the calculation looks like the example below:
