How to export and import common settings?

Answer

 

To Export Settings:

Step 1

Firstly, click on File to open the respective option Export Settings as shown below

Step 2

Afterwards, the Export Common Settings dialog opens.

Checkmark the items for which you want to export the settings to a *.opaz file and click Export

Note: These selected settings will be available to be imported into a new file with the Import Settings.

 

To Import Settings:

Step 3

Go to  File > Import Settings,

Note: A popup message informs that after importing, a restart (of myQA Accept software) is required. If clicking Yes to continue, the Open browser will open.

 

Step 4

Select the desired *.opaz file, the Import Common Settings dialog opens.

Step 5

Select the desired items and click Import.

The program will be restarted with the imported settings.
