Scan Continues when beam loss, How to troubleshoot this?

Answer

Please follow the below steps

Step 1

Go to Common Settings>Measurement Preferences>Scan Preferences>Beam detection> Check the pause scan on beam loss box.

The thresholds in the boxes represent the percentages of the normalization value.

Step 2

Keep the reference chamber at any corner of the Radiation field and Perform the Normalization before starting the beam data measurements. Repeat the normalization whenever changing the energy, dose rate and different volume of the chamber.
