How to clean water reservoir?

External Cleaning of Water Reservoir:
- Use a cotton cloth and soapsuds to wipe off dirt and calcareous deposits from the outside of the Water Reservoir.
Note:
- All external parts of the Water Reservoir must be cleaned using commercially available detergents such as containing Isopropyl Alcohol.
- No organic solvents must be used.
Internal Cleaning of Water Reservoir:
Step 1
Make sure the Water Reservoir is empty.
Step 2
Clean bearing of rollers and parking brakes always with a fat dissolving detergent (e.g. alcohol).
Step 3
Grease the bearings.
Step 4
Check the proper function of the mechanical valve of the filling tube.
Note: Check the function of the electromagnetic valve by filling the water phantom. Leave the filling tube installed. In case that water flows back into the Water Reservoir by gravity, the valve is not working and should be replaced.
Step 5
The Water Reservoir should be checked for any signs of physical damage.
Defective parts should be replaced.
Step 6
Check water level Indicator is working fine and test by refilling water if necessary.
