My Zebra/Giraffe cannot connect to Omnipro Incline, what shall I do?

Please follow the below steps for troubleshooting:
Step 1
Make sure you have admin rights.
Step 2
Check the IP configuration, the IP of your workstation should stay in the same network as emXX. It is suggested to use a direct connection between your workstation and emXX.
Step 3
Turn off Antivirus software and firewall, if it is not possible, please allow MLIC through the firewall.
Step 4
If all above doesn't help, please download the below zip file, unzip it and run the .bat inside as admin. Then restart the computer and try the connection again.
