How to fix the myQA application when a DB-connection could not be established issue appears?

In order to fix this issue, please follow below steps

Step 1

Run the Windows application, Services (as administrator).

Step 2

Start or restart the myQA SQL server database.

Step 3

Wait until the service starts. The myQA Application should be fully functional thereafter.
