In myQA 2019-002 or higher version, Sphinx Plugin doesn't apply the shift setting, what can I do?

Answer

The most possible reason is that the image you try to analyze is not taken by current Sphinx Plugin. 

In myQA 2019-001 or previous, the shift is NOT saved in the image but in myQA 2019-002 the shift is saved in the image. When you acquired the image with myQA 2019-001 or previous version and then want to analyze it with myQA 2019-002 or higher version, the shift is not taken into consideration.

To analyze the image acquired with myQA 2019-001 or previous, the workaround is to change the DICOM TAG (3002, 0012), apply the shift here manually using a DICOM editor.
