How to calculate the Gamma index based on the TG-218 formalism?

myQA Patients is providing a reference dose gamma calculation formalism where any value in Gy or % of the maximum dose can be selected by user for the gamma analysis. The algorithm of the Reference Dose error mode is based on the AAPM TG-218.
For the gamma analysis, the user can define the reference dose value in the Reference Dose box in cGy or % (depending on the data display mode) in the Verification compare workspace > Result pane > Tools panel > Analysis tab > Gamma parameters group
