Resolving "NaN" Error in myQA Accept Positioning Panel

Question

I am performing scans in myQA Accept. Now I see the error "NaN" in the positioning panel and cannot continue my scans. What should I do?

 

Answer

  1. Access Common Settings

    • Navigate to the Common Settings section in myQA Accept.

  2. Go to Detectors

    • Select the Detectors option.

  3. Check EPOM Correction

    • Ensure the EPOM correction is enabled for photons and electrons (and protons if applicable).
    • Verify that a value is set for the EPOM. If you do not wish to use an EPOM correction, enter 0 in the field.
    • It is crucial to set an EPOM correction (even if it is zero) once the Depth correction is enabled.mceclip0.png

  4. Return to myQA Accept

    • Go back to myQA Accept, select the chambers with the EPOM correction, and start measuring.
