How to find or select isocenter dose plane in myQA Patients?

Answer:

The isocenter plane in myQA software (version 2020-001 and above) can be found with the following steps:

 

Step 1

Select the myQA Patients > Patients/Projects > Patient browser, click Import DICOM.

Step 2

Select a study with 3D Dose Cube. Then click Ok. The Import … dialog shows all DICOM instances of the study as shown below

Step 3

At this step the Isocenter position can be calculated based on 'DICOM Isocenter Position' or 'Patient Image Position'.

Step 4 

Now to switch to isocenter plane in the project explorer right click on the RT Dose folder Under Import root folder and then click 'Select Isocenter Plane' to get Image at isocenter.
