Question
How to resolve the error "Measurement was stopped because of too many lost frames." for myQA SRS?
Answer
Very seldomly and sporadically, a communication issue exists between myQA SRS and myQA SW using the myQA SRS Service Setup version 1.13 delivered with the myQA 2020-002 DVD.
After the myQA SRS is successfully connected to the SW, an issue with the data transfer may occur due to the currently released version having a lost frame rate tolerance limited to 1 of 63 frames, and no more than 2 consecutive frames. If this happens a Device error pop-up will appear. See example below:
Step 1: Installation of the myQA SRS Service version 1.16
There is a newer version of the myQA SRS Service (1.16) that improves the connection stability with no influence on the data evaluation process. It is implemented through the myQA SRS Service Setup, resulting in no change to the myQA SW interface.
The following article is describing how to download and install the new version:

Please note that the myQA SRS Service Setup Patch 1.16 is only to be used with myQA 2020-002 and is a replacement of the myQA 2020-002 DVD version of myQA SRS Service Setup (1.13).
Step 2: Optimize the ethernet adapter settings
Due to the high data throughput of the myQA SRS device, it is necessary to optimize the settings of your ethernet adapter. Please follow the steps described in the article below:
